PURPOSE:To facilitate cleaning and miniaturize the stored size of the range by a method wherein a burner and a burner supporting arm are arranged above a ceiling plate, a burner pivoting mechanism is provided and the range is constituted so that the burner and a hose are retreated to the inside of the range and a lid is applied thereon while the range is not being used. CONSTITUTION:The burner supporting arm 3 is attached swingably to a base 1 about a vertical axial center P at the basic end side of the arm through a supporting shaft and a pivoting mechanism to make the burner 4 pivotable between the using position of the base 1 for heating and the retreated position of the same. According to this constitution, cleaning of the ceiling plate may be effected easily without being bothered by the burner 4 and the supporting arm 3. On the other hand, the burner 4 is retreated and the hose 2 is wound along the connecting part 9 thereof and a converted frame-like pripod 7, then, the lid 10 is applied thereon when the range is not being used, whereby the stored size of the range may be made compact. |
