A floor heating system or floor cooling system for individual rooms has a hollow floor, in which the upper floor is mounted directly on a ceiling via support feet. The support feet support a plate-shaped element, on which a flooring is provided. A separating floor is provided in parts in a hollow space of the hollow floor. A heating or cooling device circulates heated or cooled air in both these rooms, the individual room lying above being heated or cooled. The support feet are of such a design that they are arranged in an insulating layer of the hollow floor and that they support both the separating floor and a plate-shaped element supporting the upper floor.
