PURPOSE:To permit to cook in the optimum condition in accordance with the kind of food-stuff by a method wherein a near-infrared rays heater and a far- infrared rays heater, connected with electric current control circuits in series respectively, are provided and the values of electric current of both heaters are controlled inverse-proportionally. CONSTITUTION:The near-infrared rays illuminating heaters 4a, 5a, and the far- infrared rays illuminating heaters 4b, 5b are arranged in the relation of up-and- down while the electric current control circuits 10a, 10b are connected to the heaters respectively in series. Both of the control circuits 10a, 10b are constituted of circuits in which the phase of triode AC switches 12a, 12b are controlled by diode AC switches 13a, 13b. According to this constitution, resistances 11a, 11b are varied to control the starting points of operations of the triode AC switches 12a, 12b to vary the currents flowing through both heaters inverse- proportionally and uniform a total heating amount. According to this method, cooking may be effected under the optimum condition by selecting and combining the near-infrared rays heating with the far-infrared rays heating in accordance with the kind of the food-stuff to be cooked. |
