PURPOSE:To obtain a rolled pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on which a guide paper is sticked so that its end can be easily taken out, by applying a pressure sensitive adhesive to a tape substrate, traveling the tape and cutting it from the side of the substrate at a specified position behind a folding line. CONSTITUTION:The fixed guide paper is cut into lengths with a cutter 8 and moved in the direction of the arrow of a pushing plate 11, whereby the cut paper is folded at a predetermined angle around a folding line C at a folding part 5. After the folded guide paper is released from a press plate 12, the paper is stuck on a guide paper sticking bar 10 only by vacuum suction, the paper as sticked together with the bar 10 is rotatably moved downward and the paper is sticked on the pressure-sensitive adhesive-coated surface of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 at a predetermined position. After the sticking of the guide paper, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is cut with a tape cutter 9 at a position m which is away from the folding line C rearward at a distance which is shorter by several mm. than the folding length l at A. Then, the tape is wound up.
