PURPOSE:To constitute a circuit utilizing the advantages of a ferrite such as an isolator or a circular with very excellent electric characteristic and high performance by forming a strip line on the ferrite board, laminating and bonding a plate of a porcelain dielectric to the ferrite board and arranging a bias magnet made of the ferrite board. CONSTITUTION:A ferrite board of the titled circuit device is used for a base 1 and a strip line 2 made of a conductive pattern is formed on the plate face. The ferrite plate 1 and the strip line 2 themselves constitute an isolator or a circulator, and plates 3, 4 made of porcelain dielectric made of alumina, ceramic or PCB are laminated and bonded on the front and rear face. Magnets 5, 6 biasing the magnetic lines of force of the ferrite board 1 are bonded near the ferrite board 1 or imbedded in the layer of the porcelain dielectrics 3, 4. Since the porcelain dielectric plates 3, 4 shut the electric lines of force of the strip line 2 so as not to be leaked externally, the reduction in the Q is blocked. |
