A spray head of the jet pipe of a high pressure cleaning device has a nozzle body which is held on a bearing body which is mounted on the jet pipe so as to be rotatable about a pivot axis said nozzle body having a nozzle bore which produces a spot jet and is directed such that the spot jet issuing from it does not coincide with the pivot axis. In order to obtain vibration-free operation and simultaneously achieve a compact construction, it is proposed that the bearing body is designed as a turbine wheel with turbine blades or turbine channels which is arranged in a housing, that the housing has an intake connected to the jet pipe and deflecting elements (baffles) which guide the cleaning liquid entering through the inlet against the turbine blades or into the turbine channels, the turbine blades or turbine channels and the deflecting elements (baffles) being designed such that the turbine wheel is rotated about its pivot axis, that the nozzle bore is connected at its inlet side to an accumulator chamber into which the cleaning liquid enters after passing through the turbine blades and turbine channels, and that the nozzle bore is inclined with respect to the pivot axis.
