PURPOSE:To make a dial device small in size by constituting a rack provided on a needle body so that it is driven by a pinion gear of a tuning control. CONSTITUTION:A variable capacitor shaft is rotated and a frequency is changed by moving a tuning control 9 screwed to a variable capacitor 11. The tuning control 9 is provided with a pinion gear 9a, and it is engaged to a rack 8a of a needle body 8, therefore, the frequency is displayed by moving the needle body 8. In this case, a needle arm part 8b contacts to a flat and straight guide part 10a provided on a case 10 and slides, therefore, the needle moves along the guide part 10a smoothly and without being inclined. In this way, components part of a dial device are only the tuning control 9 and the needle 8, and it can be made small in size. |
