PURPOSE:To transfer perfectly the fine unevenness on a master surface which is impossible to be achieved by usual molding processes by removing the master by means of etching after the master and fluorine plastic have been insert-molded integrally. CONSTITUTION:The molding jig in which a fluorine plastic board 3 and a master 2 are set is put in a constant temperature bath at 320 deg.C and is heated for 90min. Then, FEP resin is fused by heat and becomes fluid with the lapse of time, and the space of the molding jig is filled with said resin, causing the top force 4 of the molding jig to be a weight. Next, after the pressurizing and heating of 90min, total molding jig is taken out of the constant temperture bath and cooled to room temperature by air cooling. Then, after cooling, the molded fluorine plastic is mold released from the molding jig. The metallic master inserted into the molded fluorine plastic is removed by etching.
