PURPOSE:To transmit inexpensively and efficiently a supervisory signal by allowing a supervisory signal to be transmitted to a supervisory station from plural stations to be supervised according to a predetermined order by one call control signal from the supervisory station. CONSTITUTION:A reception circuit 11 receiving a control signal 14 in a supervisory equipment for the station 22 to be supervised of a supervisory system supervising the station 22 to be supervised in #1-#n stations at the supervisory station 21, detects a call control signal at a time t0 elapsed after reception, generates a trigger signal 15, starts counting by a clock circuit 12 and when the time reaches a predetermined time tk, the clock circuit 12 generates a gate signal 16 and allows a transmission circuit 13 to transmit a supervisory signal 7 of the station to be supervised. The tk is set individually by the clock circuit 12 of the supervisory equipment of each station 22 to be supervised, and when the time is set so as not to be overlapped between supervisory equipments of the station to be supervised, and the supervisory signal 7 is transmitted to the supervisory station 21 from plural stations 22 to be supervised in the #1-#n stations by using one call control signal 14 from the supervisory station.
