Electronically controlled quantity-adjustment head

In the course of automatic material application or automatic material emissions of low-viscosity to high-viscosity media, elements are required which are able to adjust material quantities quickly. The newly developed, electronically controlled quantity-adjustment head is fast and reproducible. An optimum material flow is provided by the piston rod which is drilled to be hollow but is solid in the centre. As a result of the different configurations and sizes of the piston rods in combination with the seating, both very different materials (for example from oils to pastes) and very different quantity flow rates (for example 200 g/min to 1000 g/min) can be controlled.
