<p>PURPOSE:To minimize operator's key operation and speed up document creating operation by relating a part of a typical sentence where additional data is inserted to a dictionary. CONSTITUTION:A ROM is stored with a document dictionary, etc., and a stored document is divided into a variable part, typical part, modification part, and fixed part; and the parts are stored in control code except the fixed part in the document body in the ROM together with the fixed part. The variable part is divided into two; one is coded and stored in the typical part storage area in the dictionary ROM as a typical part common to plural documents, and its real body is stored in the variable information area. The other variable part is stored in the variable information area in the ROM dictionary. Namely, the identification code of the variable part, attribute that the variable information has, table showing modification relation added automatically on analogy of information for setting a key mode automatically and information that the operator inputs, etc., are so constituted that they are easily inputted.</p> |
