PURPOSE:To apply an arbitrary pattern only by changing the shape or arrangement of protrusions, by interposing a large number of protrusions between a frame plate and a synthetic resin film sheet. CONSTITUTION:A film sheet 4 is layed onto a frame plate 1 having a large number of protrusions 3. Next, a resin 6 is flowed onto the film sheet 4 to sink a glass fiber mat 8 and a resin 7 is again flowed in. A film sheet 5 is provided onto said resin 7 to cover the same and a defoaming roller 9 is applied to said film sheet 5 to exclude air between the film sheet 5 and the resin 7. Subsequently, the whole is naturally dried at ambient temp., in such a state that a wt. plate 10 is placed on the film sheet 5, to cure the resins 6, 7 and cut if necessary after curing. Thereafter, the film sheets 4, 5 are peeled off to prepare a decorative panel having an embossed pattern provided to the surface thereof. |
