PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic liquid atomization apparatus capable of obtaining atomization of uniform fine particles from a vibration surface especially by applying ultrasonic vibration to a liquid, constituted by mounting a liquid diffusion disc, which has vibration-proof function for diffusing a liquid, to the vibration surface provided to the leading end outer peripheral region of an ultrasonic horn. CONSTITUTION:In supplying a liquid to the vibration surface 20 formed to the outer pheripheral region of the leading end of the ultrasonic horn 4 of an ultrasonic liquid atomization apparatus 2, the liquid is supplied to the horn center hole 32 of a liquid diffusion disc 24 through a liquid supply hose 26. At this time, the hose 26 is not contacted with first and second members 6, 8 and no ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the liquid when the horn 4 is vibrated by an ultrasonic oscillator. Further, when the liquid is passed through the horn center hole 32, the ultrasonic vibration from the horn 4 is perfectly blocked by the diffusion disc 24 comprising a vibration dampening member. Therefore, the early atomization of the liquid in the hose 26 or the center hole 32 is prevented and no cavitation air bubbles are generated while vapor lock can be prevented and the liquid can be certainly supplied to the vibration surface 20 and the enhancement of atomization efficiency is achieved.
