PURPOSE:A jelly of liquid at high temperature is mixed with a chewing gum base to give a jelly gum which has appearance and texture just like agaragar and is moldable. CONSTITUTION:A liquid jelly at high temperature and a liquid chewing gum base at high temperature are mixed at elevated temperatures to disperse the chewing gum base of relatively higher density into the jelly in fine particle form to give the objective jelly gum which has a structure where the gum base is dispersed into the jelly in fine particle form. |
