<p>PURPOSE:To supply fermentation gas to consumption machinery while the digestion liquid in a methane fermentation tank is held to optimum temp., by connecting the methane fermentation tank and a heating apparatus to a gas tank by printing and providing an opening and closing means to the piping connecting the consumption machinery and the gas tank. CONSTITUTION:Fermentation gas 4 generated in a methane fermentation tank 10 is stored in a lid body 3 through gas piping 6 and flowed to a heating apparatus 11 through the gas piping 6. In such a state that the fermentation gas 4 is almost fully stored in the lid body 3, the lid body 3 rises to a dotted line position and a water seal cylinder 8 is not contacted with a water seal liquid 2 and, therefore, the fermentation gas is supplied to consumption machinery 12 from a leading end opening part 9 through gas piping 7. When the lid body 3 is fallen with the consumption of the fermentation gas and the water seal cylinder 8 is contacted with the liquid surface of the water seal liquid 2, the fermentation gas 4 is not flowed into the gas piping 7. By this method, it is prevented that the heating of a digestion liquid can not be performed by the excessive consumption of the fermentation gas 4 by the consumption machinery 12 and the digestion liquid can be heated stably.</p> |
