<p>The end (11 b) of each of the pivoting actuating levers (11) which is intended to bear resiliently against the ramps or lugs (3a, 3b) of the rotating disc (3) integral with the shaft (1) is equipped, not with a simple rigid nose as in the conventional technique, but with a small idle roller (16) which rolls against the edge of the said lugs before engaging in the notches (3c, 3d) in the latter.
