摘要 A human laminin alpha2 chain LG1 domain and an active peptide are provided to promote cell adhesion used for a burn or wound medicine, an artificial nerve conduit or its scaffolds, and a scaffold for tissue engineering. A cell adhesion promoter includes polypeptides or its derivative composed of a LG1 domain sequence of a human laminin-2 alpha2 chain. The domain sequence is written as a sequence number 1. The cell adhesion promoter includes peptides or its derivative written as a sequence number 2. The cell indicates nerve cells. The polypeptide, peptide or derivatives thereof are coupled with syndecan-1 to adjust a position of protein kinase of C-alpha and PKC-delta within the cell.
