An oilless chain and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent air bubble of a bushing from being blocked in case PTFE granulates secondly by making primary particle diameter small. An oilless chain(1) comprises: a pair of outside plates(4) connected by 2 pins; and a pair inner plate(2) connected by 2 bushings inserting the adjacent pins of the outside plate in the inner side. The bushing is made of metal sintered product dipping lubricating compositions. The lubricating compositions is made of mixing polytetrafluoroethylene and fluoro polyether. In 2 holes(4a) of the outside plate, one end of a columnar pin(5) is inserted. The diameter of the pin is smaller than the inside diameter of the bushing.
