ZIGBEE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR JOINING ONE OF THE ZIGBEE NETWORKS AFTER CHOOSING THAT AND METHOD THEREOF

A Zigbee communication system for selecting a Zigbee network and connecting to it, and a method therefor are provided to enable a terminal to search for services provided from other terminals on a Zigbee network without the connection to the Zigbee network. If a Zigbee coordinator(320) and the other Zigbee coordinator(330) transmit respectively becons, a terminal(310) receives the beacons(S310). The terminal requests each of the Zigbee coordinator to search services, and receives information about the services searched by the Zigbee coordinators(S320). A user of the terminal can select a Zigbee network in which a terminal providing a desired service is placed(S330). The terminal connects to the selected Zigbee network according to the existing protocol(S340).
