The device has magnets (12) placed on crowns in a circular plane perpendicular to an axis of rotation of a generating device. An end of each magnet includes a beveled section or a straight section. The magnets are placed based on an attachment angle (9) with respect to a reference radius from a center of the crowns, where the attachment angle of the magnets is gradually increased from a central crown towards off-centered crowns. The crowns are coupled in parallel along the axis to constitute a magnetic motor.
