WATER LEVEL DETECTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain a water level detecting device not standing in the way in time of bathing by providing a water level detectibg pipe branched from a circulating pipe and extending to vertical direction and by providing gradually a water level detecting part of the inside face thereof. CONSTITUTION:A bathtub 1 is connected to a bath burner 4 via a circulating pipe 3. A water level detecting pipe 5 is branched from the circulating pipe 3 and extended in vertical direction. An air hole is provided at the position higher than the maximum water level of the bathtub 1. A water level detecting part 6 is projected to the inner face of the water level detecting pipe 5 and is provided at the tip of a cylindrical pipe fitted to the gradual position. An air hole is provided at the position higher than the maximum water level of the bathtub 1 on the water level detecting pipe 5 and the same water level with the water level of the bathtub 1 is obtained. A water level detection controlling part 7 controls the water level detecting part 6 fitted to the gradual position and detects gradually the water level.
