The invention relates to a locking mechanism for panels, which can be unfolded, of solar-cell generators. In this case, a plurality of solar-cell panels are connected to one another by means of hinges. One hinge part of each hinge carries a locking arm which is mounted on a shaft of the hinge part and carries a locking pin at its free end. A semicircular guide track (10) for the locking pin is provided on the other hinge part. During unfolding, the locking pin remains along the guide track, a spring (11) being provided which pulls the locking pin in the direction of the hinge bolt (5) of the hinge. After the end of the pivoting movement, the locking pin latches into a locking slot (H) in the second hinge part (4). In order that the unfolded final position is no longer dependent on the manufacturing tolerances of the elements which are involved in the unfolding and locking, it is proposed according to the invention that the shaft (7) carrying the locking arm (8) have an axis which is eccentric with respect to the locking arm. If the shaft (9) is rotated, then the position of the locking arm changes in consequence. In this way, after completion of the unfolding and locking process, a panel (1) can be adjusted into a final position with respect to the other panel by rotating the shaft (9), in which final position both panels lie in the same plane. <IMAGE> |
