PURPOSE:To reduce the drug smell and bitter taste of adlay tea, and to obtain adlay tea having excellent flavor and easy to take, by grinding roast adlay, adding a specific amount of parched sesame thereto, and packing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Adlay is roasted in a sand-filled pot, etc., and ground to 1/2- 1/8 of the original size. The ground adlay is mixed with 5-70wt% roast black sesame or white sesame. The mixed adlay tea is divided into portions of one cup, and packed in the form of so-called tea-bag.
