<p>PURPOSE:To fix a coil by coating an adhesive on the groove of a core, drying it, then mounting the coil, pressing, and reactivating the adhesive with a small amount of a solvent. CONSTITUTION:A rubber adhesive 5 is sufficiently coated on the groove 2 of a core 1. The adhesive 5 is arbitrarily diluted by a solvent to regulate its viscosity and uniformly coated by an exhausting unit. The adhesive 5 is dried, and a coil 4 is inserted into the groove. When pressed by a jig 7 as designated by B, since the adhesive 5 is dried, it is not extended, the coil 4 is intruded into the adhesive and fixed. Then, when small amount of solvent 8 is coated, the adhesive 5 is reactivated to again generate a strong bonding strength. When eventually dried, the adhesive 5 encloses the coil 4 to uniformly and rigidly secure the coil 1.</p> |
