PURPOSE:To decide accurately a constant current by securing the coincidence between the reference current value and the current value of an output mirror after obtaining the coincidence between the collector voltage levels of two differential NPN transistors. CONSTITUTION:The voltage equivalent to the collector voltage of the 2nd PNP transistors TRQ24-Q2n is applied to a reference voltage terminal 22. Thus the base of the 2nd NPN TRQ22 is set at the same potential of the base of the 1st NPN TRQ23. Therefore the collector voltage of the 1st TRQ21, i.e., the base potential of the TRQ22 is coincident with the collector voltage used to TRs Q24-Q2n by applying the voltage equivalent to the collector voltage of the TRs Q24-Q2n to the terminal 22.
