<p>PURPOSE:After 2 or more kinds of resins are laminated, multicolored molded products resulting from the extrusion through a crosshead die are processed to produce multicolored vessels with stripe or flow patterns in the direction of resin flow. CONSTITUTION:Two or more Kinds of resins 1, 2 are extruded through extruders 3, 4 into adaptor 5, resulting in lamination, and further extruded into crosshead die 6 where a part of resin near outlet 7 is directly sent out whereas another part of resin in the opposition to the outlet 8 is sent through groove in die 6 and from the weld side of die to the outside. Thus, stripe or flow patterns are formed on multicolored molded products in the direction of the resin flow and the resulting proeucts are processed through conventional process to form vessles.</p> |
