PURPOSE:To prolong considerably a data processing time and to perform sufficient processing even by a general operational element by reading continuously time-division data then calculating respective sampling data together at a time. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of sample holding circuits 14 and 15, A/D converter 17, memory part 19, arithmetic processor 18, and a multiplexer 16. An optional period of an AC signal input waveform is time-divided into numbers of sampling sections and respective time-divided sampling data are read by sample holding circuits 14 and 15 successively. Read results are stored in a memory part 19 at every time, each sampling data in the memory part 19 is processed by an srithmetic processor 18, and the arithmetic results are totalized successively. The result is outputted as arithmetic measurement data.
