PURPOSE:To provide the titled centrifugal separation apparatus capable of efficiently discharging a centrifugally separated preceipitate, constituted so that a rotary bowl having a conical peripheral wall surface and a screw rotor having a separation hole are rotated in a hermetically closed state. CONSTITUTION:In such a state that a rotary bowl 1 and a screw rotor 5 are receiving rotary driving, for example, a stock muddy mixture of ground fish meat and water is continuously flowed into the bowl 1 from a stock mixture supply pipe 11 through an inflow port 11a. That is, the stock mixture is passed between screw blades 6 from an outlet part 11b through an intermediate space 7 and radially scattered into the bowl 1 by centrifugal force and fish meat particles with high specific gravity are separated from moisture toward the inner surface of a conical peripheral wall 2 and precipitated. The precipitate is subjected to screw feed toward the small diameter side by the rotation difference between the bowl 1 and the rotor 5, and discharged and recovered from discharge port 2a. Moisture is flowed to the large diameter side from the separation holes 15 of the blades 16 and continuously discharged to the outside from a discharge port 4 while fat with low specific gravity floated to a water surface (a) is sent from the separation hole 16 above the water surface (a) to the large diameter direction and discharged to the outside from a discharge port 4b.
