PURPOSE:To access any document by storing plural document names in a memory. CONSTITUTION:The memory ROM is stored with a document dictionary, etc., which has a document name table, document body, variable part, and typical part. The document name table contains document names and addresses of document bodies where the documents are stored. The same memory address is assignted to document names of, for example, removal notices such as ''removal'', ''transfer'', and ''movement''. Further, another identical address is assigned to document names of birth notices such as ''delivery'', ''birth'', and ''childbirth''. Namely, plural document names are given to one document to make one document easier to access.
