The device (D) has a quadripole type galvanic insulation sub-circuit mounted between input terminals (BE1, BE2) of a push-pull type filtration circuit and output terminals (BS1, BS2) of the filtration circuit. The filtration circuit deduces energy in a part (P1) of an electric network via the input terminals in the case of drop in voltage (V1) to generate compensation voltage equivalent to the voltage drop. The filtration circuit serializes the compensation voltage with the voltage via the output terminals to constantly maintain voltage (V2) at terminals of a part (P2) of the network.
