摘要 PURPOSE:To control a variation of tension lower by providing a bearing moving device and rotation angle detector of a roll, and a phase-locked detector of the signal of a tension detector therewith in the titled device to heat-treating continuosly a band-shaped materials rolled on numerous rolls provided in series of the inside. CONSTITUTION:The tension of a strip 1 is varied with the eccentricity DELTAr and rotation angle omegat (omega is an angular velocity of a roll 2) of the roll 2. So the roll 2 is better moved so as to be in proportion to DELTArXsinomegat in order to make the tension constant. For instance, the quantity DELTAr is found from a variation of tension and according to the variation, the roll 2 is moved and when the output signal of a tension detector 6 and the output signal of a rotation angle detector 9 are synchronized, a phase locked detector 10 turns ON a switch 14. The output signal of a comparator 8 is then transmitted to a dead band circuit 15 and next the circuit 15 inputs into a position controller 13 the output of the comparator 8, i.e., a deviated signal when the output of the comparator 8 exceeds the prescribed value. A controller 13 transmits a signal for correction of the variation of tension due to the eccentricity of the roll 2 to a bearing moving device 12a, 12b as prescribed expression.
