PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a laminated body by embedding fine metallic wires having a specific size into the surface of a pattern, spraying thermally a metal to said surface to form a surface part, fitting metallic pipes to the fine metallic wires and forming a lining layer united with the surface layer. CONSTITUTION:The fine metallic wires 3 having 0.05-0.5mm diameter are embedded into the surface of the pattern 1 conforming to the outside shape of a desired laminated body and the alloy metal is thermally sprayed thereto to form the surface part 11. The metallic pipes 4 are inserted onto the wires 3 and one end thereof is reduced and is tuck to the part 11. A low-melting alloy is melted and is poured into a flask body 6 to form the lining layer 12. The sires 3 are drawn to bore discharge holes 13 to the part 11. The laminate body is thermoformed in succession thereto between the movable side metallic mold formed of the metallic mold body having the vent holes communicating with the holes 13 and the stationary side metallic mold. The venting efficiency of the fine holes 13 is improved and the quality of the laminated product is improved. |
