PURPOSE:To make it possible to accurately grasp a target by miniaturizing and integrating a distance sensor and a pressure sensor, by dividing a rear electrode into two parts and using one part as a distance measuring sensor while using the other part as a pressure measuring sensor. CONSTITUTION:A change-over circuit 6 connects an oscillation circuit 2 and a transmission circuit 3, and the route connecting the circuit 2 and the rear electrode 11 of a second ultrasonic transducer part is cut. At this time, the rear electrode 10 of a first ultrasonic transducer part is excited in a piezoelectric ceramic vibrator 9 to emit an ultrasonic pulse and the ultrasonic pulse reflected from a target is again received by the first transducer part, and amplified and detected by a receiving circuit 4 while the distance to the target is measured by a distance measuring circuit 5. When the transducer 1 is contacted with the target, the circuit 6 is controlled by the output of the circuit 5 so as to connect the circuit 2 and the rear electrode 11 and the route of the circuits 2, 3 is cut. Therefore, voltage in the electrode is measured by a voltage measuring circuit 7 and the magnitude of pressure can be known. |
