PURPOSE:To enable high-precision measurement by, for determination of agglutination coefficient, determining a weight coefficient applied to the agglutinated block per each agglutination value and adding the result to a calculation process. CONSTITUTION:A specimen serum diluted with a buffer liquid is allowed to agglutinate in a reaction tank 5 after mixing with a solution suspending polystyrene latex particle which is treated bonding with antibody. A sheath liquid in a sheath tank 7 and a solution in a tank 5 is supplied under pressure to a detecting pipe 1 by a pump 17. When particles pass by formation of the sheath flow in the pipe 1, light of a semiconductor laser 11 is scattered and received by a photodiode 16 through a stray light screen 15, and an output of the diode 16 is amplified and laser noise is removed 22 and then, each output is calculated in a discriminating circuit 25 as a counted value per agglutination mode through linear amplifier 23a or logarithmic amplifier 23b, filter buffer 24, and the output is delivered to a microcomputer 26. The computer 26, upon receiving 6 mode pulse signals such as non-agglutinin, 2,3,4 agglutinins, 5 agglutinins and other than latex(satellite) from the circuit 25, the agglutination coefficient is calculated for display 27 and printing 28. |
