PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance productivity of a case for electric power source unit by a method wherein a lead wire is inserted in the groove of the case main body as to make the tying band clamp part of the lead wire thereof to be positioned inside of the side wall of the case main body, and the lead wire is pressed by the press piece of a cover to close an opening part. CONSTITUTION:A case for electric power source unit is constructed of a case main body 11 and a cover 12, and performs the role of electric insulation, etc. A clamp part according to a tying band 14 is formed at a part of a lead wire 13, and the lead wire 13 is inserted in a groove 15 as to make the tying band 14 clamp part to be positioned inside of a side wall 16. The lower edge of a press piece 17 is formed in a circular arc type as to along the shape of the lead wire 13, and the lead wire 13 inserted in the groove 15 is pressed to be supported from the upper part according to the press piece 17 inserted in the groove 15. At this time, the tying band 14 performs the role to check the omission of the lead wire 13. Accordingly, inserting work in a hole of the lead wire, connector fitting work to be performed thereafter or clamping work of the tying band are made unnecessarily, and enhancement of assembling workability can be attained and productivity can be attained in its turn. |
