<p>PURPOSE:To ensure effective editing of video signals, etc. in a short time by scanning repetitively the same recording track in a non-recording state by the track jump pulses at the final end of recoding track where the 1st information signal is recorded. CONSTITUTION:A track jump comand signal 5-3 is outputted to a recording/reproducing device A from a controller 5, and an optical head 11 is set in a reproduction mode. Then the head 11 has tracking to a final end Q from P where the 1st information signal is recorded toward an arrow head 33 and is set under a waiting state where the tracks are jumped to the P from Q and the same track is scanned repetitively. In this case, the address information PA is read by a reproduction circuit 19. Then a VTR1 is set in a reproduction mode, and a time code reader 4 detects that the desired reproduction information is reproduced. Thus an output 5-1 is given to the controller 5 and a record signal 5-2 is given to laser control circuit 17. Then the head 11 is set in a record mode, and the 2nd information is recorded on a recording track 31 on a disk 10 at and after a point P.</p> |
