PURPOSE:To obtain the titled product having good appearance without defects, e.g. cracks, by inserting a cylindrical material at a low temperature into a raw material before of after filling a molten raw material into a stick mold, pulling out the cylindrical material, and molding the raw material with a cavity part formed therein. CONSTITUTION:A molten raw material 7 is directly filled into a stick container 1. In the process, the molten raw material 7 is filled into a filling part 5, and a cylindrical material 8 at a lower temperature than the above-mentioned raw material 7 is inserted from a filling port 6 into the raw material 7 in the molten state or the cylindrical material 8 is mounted to the tip of a filling nozzle 9, and the cylindrical material 8 is inserted into the filling part 5. The molten raw material 7 is extruded through an extrusion outlet (9a) at the tip of the nozzle 9, and filled in the filling part 5. After solidifying the periphery of the cylindrical material 8, the cylindrical material 8 is pulled out. The molten raw material 7 is completely solidified with a cavity part 11 formed therein, and the internal stress produced at that time is concentrated on the above-mentioned cavity part 11 to prevent the formation of sink or crack, etc.
