PURPOSE:To obtain an incident-beam division type light-receiving system, which has a small occupying area and is adjusted easily, by housing a plurality of row type light-receiving element pellets in the same package and forming a division mechanism for incident beams to the surface of the package. CONSTITUTION:A light-receiving system is constituted by a prism 9, a light-receiving device 8 and a package 7, and the package 7 has an incident beam window 6 consisting of glass, etc. Light-receiving sections 5 for a light-receiving element are shaped to the surface of the light-receiving device 8 to a form that the pitches of a light-receiving section are displaced at half pitches. Incident beams L are divided into two strips of parallel optical axes by the prism 9 and are projected to the light-receiving device 8. Resolving power can be doubled by using a device having a form shown in the figure as the light-receiving device 8 at that time. The light-receiving sections 5 for the light-receiving elements are arranged in a procession shape in the light-receiving device 8, the light-receiving sections 5 for five light-receiving elements are disposed at each line, and only the light-receiving sections 5 for one light-receiving element are arranged at several row. |
