<p>The roller stand has two unwinding positions and has an installation to connect a track of material which is unwound from a roller fitted with a rotatable support spindle to the front end of the track of material on the other roller also fitted with a rotatable support spindle. There is also a device to cut through the first track and has a mechanism carried on the roller stand used to exert a braking force on to the spindle support rollers. The frame (3) is fitted with a roller holding device (71) on which there are two unwinding positions (A, B) and equipped withn an installation used to transmit the rotation movement of thne corresponding support spindle to the brake mechanism.</p> |
