CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ELECTROCHROMIC ELEMENT

PURPOSE:To prevent coloring in the stage of decoloring and to increase the response speed of coloring by impressing a pulse voltage between the voltage of a coloring signal and the voltage of a decoloring signal. CONSTITUTION:The basic clock signal S1 of the 1st oscillator 7 is inputted to an adder circuit 14 via a frequency dividing circuit 8, a phase converting/frequency dividing circuit 9 and the 1st and 2nd monostable multivibrators 10, 11 and said circuit outputs a signal S7. The output signal S6 of an OR gate 15 turns on when the multivibrator 10 or 11 turns on. The basic clock signal of the 2nd oscillator 17 is made into the pulse voltage S8 having the voltage value equal to the voltage 21 of the decoloring signal by a voltage regulator 18. The signal S9 inputting to an electrochromic element 19 has the signal component of the signal S7 when the signal S7 is not 0 and has the signal component of the signal S8 when said signal is 0. The pulse voltage 22 is impressed between the voltage 20 of the coloring signal and the voltage 21 of the decoloring signal.
