THIN FILM TRANSISTOR ARRAY PANEL

摘要

A thin film transistor array panel is provided to form a signal input pad in which a bonding margin with a flexible film for an external driving IC can be improved, thereby reducing a process defect. Signal input pads(20l,20c,20r) are long in right and left directions. Intervals between pad blocks are spacious. Generation probability of short-circuit error is very small because connection with driving IC(integrated circuit) pads(40l,40c,40r) is smoothly performed.
