PURPOSE:To easily and securely adhere a lining material to an object to be lined, by evacuating a hermetically sealed space formed between a surface of the object provided with an adhesive layer and the lining material such as a tubular lining material covering the surface. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is applied to the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of a pipe (the object to be lined) 1 formed of a metal, concrete or the like. The inner and outer surface of the adhesive layers are covered by a tubular or film form lining material 2, and both ends of the material 2 are closed by a metallic clamp 3 to form the hermetically sealed space by the lining material 2, with the pipe 1 placed therein. A vaccum device is connected to an end of the clamp 3, evacuating pipes 4 are inserted through the clamp 3, and the space is evacuated to adhere the lining material 2 to the object 1. |
