PURPOSE:To obtain the titled printing pin capable of clearly representing respective cross, lengthwise and oblique line segments of a dot letter, by forming the top printing surface shape in a regular octagon. CONSTITUTION:The aimed printing pin 20 is constituted by forming the top printing surface shape in a regular octagon. When the cross line segments 21, 22, lengthwise line segments 21, 23 and oblique line segments 21, 24 of the dot letter are printed by using this printing pin 20, the straight line of the dot letter is conscientiously represented in a shape nearer the straight line by comparing it with that of a usual round type printing pin 10.
