PURPOSE:To permit easy assembling of a magnetic core and winding bobbin by providing fitting parts which fit and hold members for constituting the magnetic core to the outside edges of collar parts for controlling the winding width of the winding bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Approximately L-shaped pawls 1e for holding side cores are integrally projected from collar parts 1a, 1b and are formed to respective four corners of the parts 1a, 1b. Recesses 1f for fitting and fixing the side cores are formed respectively to the outside edges on both sides of the collar parts 1a, 1b in parallel with the longitudinal direction of a long hole 1d by these pawls 1e. The inside dimension in the longitudinal direction of each recess is approximately equal to the sectional length of the side core. The spacing between the end face of the recess 1f and the inside end face at the tip of the pawl 1e is formed to the size slightly smaller than the sectional thickness of the side core. The binding bobbin 1 is made of a polyacetal resin so as to have an insulating characteristic and elasticity. |
