FLAW DETECTING DEVICE OF MAGNETIC POWDER

PURPOSE:To obtain an uniform intensity of magnetic field by providing a rotating mechanism to rotate an exciting part to a magnet. CONSTITUTION:A gear wheel 8 is fixed to the outer face of an electromagnet 7 that four poles exciting pole having a wheel are arranged at the angle of making 90 deg. with each other. An outer frame 9 having a inner gear wheel 10 and for rotating the exciting pole of the electromagnet 7 is provided outside the electromagnet. The four pole-exciting pole of the electromagnet 7 is arranged on the flaw detecting face of the surface of a steel plate and it is made so as to rotate at high speed the exciting pole within the outer frame 9 by rotating the outer frame 9. The reliability of the magnetic powder flaw detection and inspection efficiency can be thus improved.
