PURPOSE:To enhance the heat conductivity and to reduce the temperature rise of a primary coil by a method wherein the primary coil formed by performing a special winding method is tightly fixed to an E-type core using the pressing force of an I-type core generating when attaching the I-type core to the E-type core. CONSTITUTION:The electric wires of each layer of a primary coil 16 are wired leaving the prescribed intervals between them, and the electric wires in each interlayer direction are wound in a tightly fixed manner. When said primary coil 16 is inserted into an E-type core 14, a part of the primary coil 16 is protruded from the top end of the E-type core 14. If an E-type core 13 is pressed and welded under the above-mentioned condition, the height h1 of the coil shrinks to the height h2 by the pressing force of the I-type core 13, the coil thickness t1 increases to the value t2 which is almost same as the core window width W, and finally, both inside and outside diameters of the coil 16 can be tightly fixed to the cores 13 and 14. Also, by properly selecting the diference between the heights h1 and h2, a measurement absorbing property, namely, a cushioning property can be imparted to the coil 16. |
