PURPOSE:To achieve single touch clamping thus to improve the workability by inserting a hose into a tubular sleeve then moving the outer ring to slide the inner ring and rotating the click to the inside of sleeve to clamp the hose. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure rubber hose 1 is inserted over a core metal 7 then inserted into a tubular sleeve 11 and the tip is positioned at the stopper 6 of core metal 7 thereafter a lever is rotated to move the outer ring 22 in the direction A then the inner ring 21 is pushed by the sliding face 23 and moved horizontally in the direction A. Here, the inner ring 21 will contact with the outer curved section 20 of each click 17 and moved over said sleeve 11 while rotating in the direction B, thereby the click 17 will rotate toward the inside of sleeve 11 to fasten the hose 1 uniformly by means of the inner curved section 19 thus to perform clamping. Upon rotation of motor 15, it will rotate integrally to buff the tip of hose 1 as both buffs 8 will rotate thus to grind the outer skin or the rubber cover 4 automatically and to improve the workability. |
