<p>PURPOSE:To read accurately an original sheet with small size or a transparent original sheet by bringing a recording means into contact with a discharge roller and providing a white background region covering sufficiently the read position to the recording means. CONSTITUTION:A transmitted original is irradiated by a light source 27 and a reflected original image is read by a photodetector 30 via a mirror 28 and a condenser lens 29. A part shown in a caption 32a in Fig. is a white background for read and a part shown in a cpation 32b is a heater comprising a lot of heat resistors. After an original is set correctly, when a transmission button (not shown) is depressed, a packup roller 22 is descended by a drive means in contact with the upside of the original 19a, and the original 19a is fed to the direction of arrow A. The original 19a fed to the read position is irradiated by a light source 27, its reflected light is read by the photodetector 30 and the original 19a is ejected onto a tray 33.</p> |
