PURPOSE:To eliminate the diffusion of silver solder near the depth end of winding groove to a magnetic material by charging glass and the silver solder successively from nearby the depth end of the winding groove and heating and fusing them, and adhering two metallic magnetic materials together. CONSTITUTION:''Sendust(R)'' cores (metallic magnetic material) 21a and 21b constituting the magnetic head are arranged as shown in a figure, and then the glass 27 is charged in the winding 23 nearby the depth end and silver solder 28 is inserted on it. The glass 27 and silver solder 28 are heated up to specific temperature and th both are fused to adhere the cores 21a and 21b together. Thus, the glass 27 is charged nearby the depth end and the silver solder 28 is charged thereupon, so the diffusion of the silver solder nearby the depth end to the cores 23a and 23b is prevented, so that deterioration in characteristics of the magnetic head is eliminated. |
