PURPOSE:To make a testing device small-sized without necessitating long hours for testing by making a table for driving a solenoid with intensifying effective information at the time of the address conversion on the array matrix of a solenoid and by performing a switching test. CONSTITUTION:A controlling signal is transmitted from a controlling device 8 with the operation of an input/output device 9 and a solenoid 2 in a matrix array corresponding to a switch arrangement is driven by a driving circuit 3 and the switch of a keyboard 1 is turned ON, OFF. The bounds time, contact resistance, etc. of a switch are measured by a measuring circuit 5 and inputted, processed to the controlling device 8 via an amplifier 6, etc. A scanning table for the controlling device 8 divides each array into an effective array and ineffective array to be scanned by skipping over making the address on the circuit matrix of each switch as the basis of an address changing table on the array matrix of the solenoid 2 and the table intensifying effective information is made each effective array respectively.
